1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser when you visit a website. They can be used to remember preferences, analyse traffic, or provide functionality. Under Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we are required to inform you about the cookies we use and obtain your consent for non-essential ones.
The same rules apply to similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, which this Website also uses. This policy covers both.
2. Necessary Storage (No Consent Needed)
The Website does not set its own session cookies. It only saves two items in your browser’s local storage, which are needed for the Website to work as you expect:
komparoo.consent.v1(Komparoo): remembers your cookie choice so that we don’t ask you again on every page. It is technical and necessary, and it lasts 12 months; after that, we ask you again.komparoo.market(Komparoo): remembers the market you choose in the language selector. It is a preference you set yourself, and it stays until you delete it from your browser.
When you start using the contact form or the newsletter form, we also load Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that the form is sent by a person and not by a bot. The technical signals it uses are strictly necessary for this security check, so it does not require consent. It is never loaded while you simply browse the Website. 3. Analytics Cookies (Only With Your Consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, both provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure how the Website is used. Google Analytics then sets these cookies:
_ga(Google Analytics): distinguishes one visitor from another. It lasts 2 years._ga_<id>(Google Analytics): keeps the state of your visit. It lasts 2 years.
We use Google’s Consent Mode v2 in its basic form: until you accept, neither Google Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded and nothing is sent to Google. Google may transfer this data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Fonts and Other Resources
The fonts of this Website are hosted on our own servers, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or to any other font service. We do not use advertising, social media or profiling cookies.
5. How to Accept, Reject or Withdraw Your Consent
The first time you visit the Website, a banner lets you choose “Accept all” or “Reject all” with a single click, or “Customise” your choice. Until you decide, no analytics cookies are set.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw it, Google Analytics stops loading from that moment on; to remove the cookies it has already set, delete them from your browser as explained below.
